When copying and pasting, the copy is pasted with an offset on both X and Y - this is good and expected.
It is also common practice that the offset equals one of the default steps for moving - that is, after copying and pasting, I should be able to move the element exactly on top of the original by using an arrow, shift-arrow etc.
