If you just want to edit two different videos into one video you can do that with a variety of video editing programs such as Freemake, premier or after effects.

I converted the video as an animated gif.
Than imported it into VS.
The result was acceptable.

You cannot import video into videoscribe.
If you meant something different, can you please describe your question differently?
If you want to combine video with drawings, you can: overlay-video-with-hand-drawn-animation
