Phone Number of the company

What's a phone number of the company I can call, because i already canceled my subscription and they keep om charging me.

After clicking around a bit, I found it.
Near the bottom of some pages like this page and the main help page, you will see a link:  "all contact methods"  which leads to an instant answer I think: http://help.videoscribe.co/support/solutions/articles/1000043157

phone +44 1275 851407 to speak to our support team.

Calls answered Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm, not including bank holidays.

Buen dia, revisando la factura de la tarjeta de crédito encontramos cobros adicionales, nos gustaría saber de que son esos cobros gracias. pd: se encuentran subrayados.

VideoScribe is offered as a recurring subscription meaning you are signing up to be billed on an ongoing basis until you cancel your subscription.

We do not offer a single month/year option for VideoScribe although you can cancel this subscription at any time. When you sign up via our website, you are advised that you are setting up a recurring subscription.

You signed up for a monthly subscription to on 19/03/2015 therefore those payments are the monthly subscription fee ($29USD) on your account converted to Colombian Peso.

I'm a monthly pro subscriber already, but the system/video (I just completed) doesn't let me download or upload to youtube.  It says I need a pro account, but I already am a pro member.

Is it possible that you have more than one account and are logging into VideoScribe with the wrong account details?
