I log in on Sparkol but no where on screen does it indicate were to make a scribe. Page shows profile, summary or services. I can click and download Videoscribe and I can download. When I click on download it does download but just downloads the same thing. Very frustrated

Once you have downloaded the software you will need to install it onto your computer. Locate the file that was downloaded and double click on it to install like you would do with any piece of software. Once the installation process has completed you will see a checkbox asking if you would like to open the software, if you check that box VideoScribe will open automatically. Or if you are using a Mac you should locate VideoScribe in the Applications folder.
