Blank box when opening app for first time

Hi, Everyone,

I downloaded the latest version with upgrade on my Mac.

I dragged from downloads to my applications folder.

Then, I clicked on VS from my applications folder.

A new box appeared, with Videoscribe in the top menu bar, but the rest of the box was empty.  No information whatsoever, never mind launching the program.

What should I do to access VS now?

Hi,

1) make sure you have OSX 10.6 or higher.
2) make sure you have the current version of adobe Air.
3) mention any other details that might make your computer different than the average setup such as if you are on a school or work network

Thanks, Mike. Adobe wants me to subscribe for $20/month. Is that common? My trial of Acrobat pro is over. Is Acrobat different than Air?

Yes, acrobat is different than air.
