I'm using the trial version and nothing to do with the voiceovers will work. The mp3s when imported only say there a couple seconds long and don't play anything. When I try to record a voice over it just says "processing" then exits out.

I'd specifically suggest looking at numbers 5,9,15 and 17 in the link provided above.
