I'm trying to download my full video-proyect as WMV but I am having problems because the end of the proyect is not included.

I'd recommend saving a copy of your scribe with a new name and then restarting videoscribe and rendering the new version as an MOV. If that works, then try WMV again. (WMV files get pretty huge and if there are problems with your scribe like oversize images, then you may exceed videoscribes memory limit.)
