I want to summarise, and therefore have 10-seconds at the end where everything on screen shows.
Is there a clever way to do this?
Thanks!

So - I figured this out about 8 seconds after posting....
Insert some text, a "fullstop", at a ridiculous magnification, drawn at "0 seconds", and hide it on top of another line.
Then go to full zoom and set the camera.
Voila!

Another option is to add any element at the end, set the opacity to zero, manually zoom out to where you want the camera then use "set camera" for the new element add as many pause seconds as you want.
