I saved a VS on my desktop and now that I am trying to open from my laptop, it is not opening.
When I open the program I can see all of my scribes and the one I am attempting to open is showing a completed version(all images that were saved on my desktop are visible), however, when clicking to open the scribe, it loads until a certain point.

Hi,
1) you can tell support the name of the scribe that is saved online if you want them to look at it and identify problems with the scribe.
