I just renewed video scribe after not working on it for a while. The credit card I used expired, so I entered the information from the replacement. I have access to my account, but now I am getting notices that Sparkol is trying to run my old credit card and it is failing. Also, I can open my old scribes, but when I try to save them online VS crashes, and when I try to open them online the VS is blank.
