Unable to upgrade

I have been using a 1-month subscription for VideoScribe.

I received an email offer from Sparkol for discounted subscription for a year.  However when I click on the link in the email I am taken to a page that says that I already have a subscription.  


There was a link on that page that suggested a route to "upgrade".  However clicking that link shows upgrade options 



that do not match the offer I received via email.


What am I missing here?
