I signed up for a Sparkol account before beginning my free trial, now when I click to begin the 7-day trial the site asks me to sign up for a Sparkol account, which I've already done. I enter in my login info and the site tells me that the email is already in use... but I'm the one using it! I'm stuck in limbo. What should I do? How can I begin my trial? Thanks.

What are you clicking to begin the trial? Something on this website?
(You cannot make scribes on the website.)
To make a scribe, you have to download the program, install
the program, and run the program. Then you can login to the program and
make a scribe.
There is a Download link at the bottom of this page.

I was just clicking the red "begin 7-day trial" button, not trying to make anything. Clicking the "download" button at the bottom of the page was helpful, thank you. It allowed me to side-step the hangup that I was encountering before. Thanks (a videoscribe newbie)
