Sound and vo

    When I upload my scribe to YouTube or my camera roll there is no sound..what am I doing wrong?

    1) Is there sound when you preview the video in videoscribe?

    2) Can you provide a link to the video on youtube?

    3) How are you importing the sound and music? mp3?

    4) you may want to save the scribe (work file) online and tell support the name of it so they can take a look.

    There is sound when I preview the video. I used music from videoscribe. I have the work saved online.. Do I need to purchase something in order to put it on YouTube. Right now I only have the free trial.

    Pernilla, You have a couple of scribes saved in your online account, which one is it you are having this issue with and I can download it and take a look.

    Pernilla, Managed to get it working for you. Just removed the music and readded it and it rendered without an issue. Uploaded to YouTube for you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3mUXZZth9X8 and also a new scribe file attached below
