Sparkol keeps loading and I can't log in

Hey there!

I try to log in into my Sparkol account and it just keeps loading, I already tried to reset my computer and it didn't work.

Anyone to help me?

Older versions of VideoScribe no longer available or supported and I can see from our logs that you are still using v2.0. I'm afraid you will need to visit https://my.sparkol.com/versions and install a supported version of the software to log-in.

I just downloaded the newest version of Sparkol!
