I am having a lot of trouble with the free version not allowing me to move images independently. It also gets stuck on the rotation tool. Will these be better after buying the product? Thank you

Free and Pro work the same way for rotating and moving images.
Assuming that you are using the correct methods to move and rotate, it seems like there is a problem with your scribe. If you aren't sure, watch the tutorial and bootcamp videos on the INSTANT ANSWERS page.
Those types of problems are most likely due to bad SVGs, or excessive memory usage due to oversize images, excessive camera movement, extreme zoom settings or a few other causes.

You can try saving, closing and restarting videoscribe to free up some memory, you can save your scribe online and tell customer support the name of it so they can take a look or you can try to identify the cause(s) yourself:
