hi i can't continue with my video because i import a picture and it keeps loading, Im afraid of close it because maybe it isn't archived. help me please

Are you trying to import a picture from the Library or an image of your own?
I would imagine if it's having this issue then it would be one of your own. Could you attach the image to the forum so we could take a look.
Also the scribe you are trying to import this into, is it blank or does it already contain a number of other elements? If it already has content can you try importing the same image onto a totally new and blank project to see if you get the same issue.
