For every new version, it's the same thing. Working for few hours in the Scribe would make the software go slow, copy paste stops working, cannot load vectors into canvas and the list goes on.
I've raised a ticket regarding my issues and it's been 5 days since but still you couldn't find the solution.

I can see from our system that you are using version v2.3.0. If you upgrade to v2.3.2 you will remove a couple of bugs which effect rendering to .MOV and also a morph issue which I believe is involved in the ticket you have logged.
You only got back to us yesterday afternoon from Matt's comments and findings from your scribe last week. Matt is looking at the ticket again for you now and will get back to you ASAP with a specific update
