I have been having recurrent problems with running the application.
I have noticed that more I have elements in the canvas, more I get program freeze., I can keep working on my videoscribe but it is time consuming as I need to close my program and reopen again and again. Could you give me your technical recommendation when working with a laptop on videoscribe??

Hi, I've found that you can add dozens of images with no problems if the images have been properly optimized for good quality and low file sizes, and if you keep your zoom levels mostly in the 25% to 500% range.
Improperly prepared images, oversize files, excessive camera settings, and a few other things will cause slowdowns and freezes and other problems.
You can save your scribe online and tell support the name of it if you want them to look at it.
