Any idea how to solve this issue? i can save the video in local folder.. but when i choose to export them to .scribe file... the application freezed. Please help.

I would close VideoScribe completely and then log back in. Click on the scribe you want to export but do not open it. You actually have an option to export the scribe from that screen without opening it. That may work better for you? If not please try and save the file online and let us know the name, we can then download it and see if we can export it this end. Plus with online scribes you can access them on our website by logging in and visiting https://my.sparkol.com/online-scribes.
