I often receive an error message "Unable to display text. The text contains unsupported characters, please check the input". The text language is English, and all characters are standard. The only solution I've discovered so far is to reduce the number of alphanumeric characters. Is there a limit to the number of characters that the text tool can handle?
Phil, There is not a character limit as far as I am aware although VideoScribe does work best with short sharp text input as it gives you more control over the speed at which the hand draws each word. That error would be that there are some characters in your text that are not available in the font you are using. The Basic font which VideoScribe uses has a very basic set of characters so some things that are standard in most would not be available in basic and you'll need to import a font that includes those characters.
