hi,everybody i made a video by using videoscribe and all is right.But when my video generally remain stop and in that time i do not see nothing in my stopped video screen,its totally blank.So what can i do now and how can i highlight my special text or image part when my video remain stopped.
Are you talking about the thumbnail that displays when your video isn't playing? If you are you cannot change this using VideoScribe. You would need to amend the published video file in a specialist Video Editing tool to do this or if you upload to YouTube you can choose a custom thumbnail there
