after acquiring credits, I uploaded some videos, but, even though the credits were consumed, the videos were not uploaded to web
PleAse need help!

Javi, are you talking about uploading the videos to Sho.co? If that's the case you would have been presented with a shortlink for the published video. Can you please post those links and we can use those to trace your video through the system and see what happened.
