Pro acting like free trial- need an answer NOW

I just went pro and videoscribe won't let me publish my video. What do I do?



1) check your account page on this website by clicking the ACCOUNT link at the top of this page to see your membership status.
2) it might take a few hours for bluesnap to process the payment
3) you can probably call your credit card company to confirm the payment went through and is not declined or pending.
4) if you made more than one account, log in to the correct one.
5) click the RAISE a TICKET link at the top of this page to contact customer support

You will need to close VideoScribe and then and log back-in. VideoScribe checks your account when you log-in so you just need to restart to pick up the change in your subscription.
