This is the most common thing I see when working with this

  • any thoughts.  I see it on every computer I try.

  • VideoScribe suffers from this when your scribe files are sucking up a lot of RAM. The application begins to time out when you reach between 1.2Gb and 1.5Gb. This issue is normally caused by the use of Extreme Zoom (outside the 10%-1000% recommended range) on a camera position or also a large number of large jpg/png files being used is a scribe. This causes memory usage to ramp up and VideoScribe to crash. We have a help page called Crashing and freezing – VideoScribe desktop which will provide some help. If that doesn't help please save your scribe online and send us the name. We can then download it and take a look for you.
