You could draw the whole thing in illustrator or inkscape and save it as an SVG...
or you could use shapes from the videoscribe library: 1) import a circle or square or other shape from the shapes library 2) add a text element inside it (on top of it) 3) import a line from the chart or arrow library and rotate it however you want it. place the line so that it runs from the previous shape to the next shape 4) repeat steps 1-3 until finished.
