I am trying to save my video but nothing happens when I click "save", or when I click "save before closing," This is a new problem, as I've been working on the project for a week now and have had no trouble saving. I started a test project with one graphic to see if I could save that one, and I had no trouble saving it. Is the file too large? I have my presentation tomorrow and have not been able to make final changes to my project as nothing is saving! Please help!

Yes, it is probably too many oversize image files or excessive camera zoom settings or one of a few other things.
You could try deleting the audio files to see if that allows you to save it... or delete a few of the images with the largest file sizes, optimize them and import the smaller ones back in...
But that's all just guesswork without seeing the scribe file.
