how about this?

you need sparkol pro account to use video scribe.

Users will generally see that error message if they try to access videoscribe:

1) using a free account on the same computer or with the same email address that has previously been used for a free 7 day trial (even if it was used by another person).
or
2) using a pro account that has been canceled and the paid time has expired.

If you have a paid account, make sure you are not logging into a different account that is currently inactive.

If that  does not describe your situation, you should probably raise a ticket.

Amir, you had a 7 day trial that started in January that has now expired. You will need to purchase a subscription if you would like to use the software

An annual payment gives you access for 1 year

A one-off payment gives you access "forever"
