Why does it keep crashing while exporting a video?

I'm trying to export a video to my hard drive, but it keeps crashing at the end. It goes all the way to the end in creating the video, but crashes right at the end. I'm changing the file name and trying to save it on different drives, but it keeps happening. I'm a paid subscriber and I've spent a lot of time on this software. This is not right and it is not okay.

Save your work file to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it if you want them to look at it.
