My videoscibe was working perfectly fine until I uploaded it to YouTube and suddenly it has frozen 30 seconds in and will not move. What can I do???

Molly, if it's freezing at a certain point then it's probably that VideoScribe is having problems processing that element when it is producing the video file. It is likely that image is corrupted in some way, is particularly large or has an extreme level of zoom being used on it's camera position. This causes memory usage to ramp up and VideoScribe to crash. We have a help page called Crashing and freezing – VideoScribe desktop which will provide some help. If that doesn't help please save your scribe online and send us the name. We can then download it and take a look for you.
