I have been trying to get your tech people to help me with my issues since I bought this inadequate program. You claim to respond back within 24 hours, but you don't other than the automated responses. My ticket number that you keep ignoring is #21851. This is worst customer support I have ever experienced. I am going to give you one more chance to respond to me and refund my money before I take further action as described under the ticket number. I creating this new ticket in case for strange reason you can't see the information under my old ticket number or whoever is charge of it is gone or something.
