Can't export from online folder

Hi guys,


I find a similar subject about my problem there : http://help.videoscribe.co/support/discussions/topics/11000003009 but the admin said that he answered on the other topic... That I can't find, so I try to ask again.


I saved a project online in order to open it again on a different computer at work.

However, when I try to open it by using VideoScribe, I've got a little picture which shows my project but when I try to open it, it's just a white screen.


So I tried to download from the website, and I've got an error which says :


<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>5429B29354B0BC16</RequestId><HostId>2UG5GLbb+xn2XIU78pw3aUansk4tQV2XT0MSKyoPXHAoKHg1RSxwVHCbP6rFTFP8</HostId></Error>

So I would like to know how to fix this and get back my work.

I don't know if it's usefull, but the first scribe was made on a mac, and I try now to open it with a PC.

1) state the name of it, maybe customer support can try to open the project from the cloud folder.

2) maybe it did not save correctly because of 1 or more problems in the scribe. Try to open the local copy on the mac and try to save it to the cloud again with a new name.

Mike is correct with option 2. This error means that the save is either corrupted or VideoScribe was closed before the save complete. 

If you find the scribe on the machine it was created on and re-upload to the cloud this should then work for you.
