Can I get a receipt emailed to me every time I am billed?

You automatically get an email every time you are charged, ask a support question, or change your account. However, they go to the email that you used to subscribe, and in some cases, that is not a person's main email account. Also, make sure the emails are not being sent to the junk or spam folders of your email program.
click ACCOUNT at the top of this page and then click "change your mailing preferences" for more info.
If you signed up using a throw-away email address, you can change your email to one you use regularly on your PROFILE settings page.
