Hi. I cancelled my subscription for DECEMBER TO JANUARY but it still charged my account. I cancelled my subscription a week before the renewal.

Thanks for raising a ticket Joahnne we only discuss private account matters on tickets to avoid payment and personal info being splashed on public forums. As such I'll close off this forum and we'll continue to discuss this on the ticket.
