I believe that Videoscribe does not natively support right-to-left text or connected fonts at this time.
you can import Arabic fonts that are on your computer but the letter will be separated I think.

Here is a thread that describes how you can save your Arabic text as an SVG image using Inkscape or Illustrator: Make Any Font, Text or Equation Draw Well (2017)
In that same thread, there is a program made by Otto Bergsma that might also be worth trying.
