I have purchased a 1 year subscription, and since you have upgraded your system I can't log in.
I work on a Mac and have downloaded the new up-grade, but it still won't launch.
I keep getting errors. Please help.

What happens when you try to log in? If any messages are displayed, what do they say? Are you able to send a screenshot?
