Paid however, says my trial is over

Anyone available to help me log in?  Appreciated.

There is no active subscription against your email address at this time. If you have paid then it will be that you were logged into the website with another email address when you made your purchase. You will need to log-into VideoScribe with the same account that you made your purchase with to access the subscription. 

If you are still having issues please log a ticket and attach your payment invoice and we'll be able to trace it back to the account that made the payment
