No se puede guardar ni en la nube ni en mi PC

Se bloque el botón de guardar y no me deja ver nada

When saving you need to make sure you are using the tick/checkmark icon in the save scribe window. This will save your scribe to your local base folder (projects screen) in VideoScribe. After you have successfully saved it in VideoScribe you can then save a copy to your cloud folder (online) or export as a .scribe file (USD/Disk icon).


If you find that the tick/checkmark icon is unresponsive when trying to save locally in VideoScribe it may be because of a problem with the soundtrack on your scribe. If you remove the soundtrack you should be able to save the scribe. Once you have saved it, try adding the music back and try saving again.
