I don't think videoscribe was used at all. you could ask the person that made it.

Can you tell me what difference does it make to increase the frame rate??
I mean if i increase frame rate then what will happen??

Increasing the frame-rate from the default 25 FPS will likely only lead to a larger exported video file size. In most situations a frame rate of 25 fps is the best option and increasing the frame-rate is not likely to have any noticeable effect when viewing the video in a media player.

Sheheryar Moazzam if you are having a problem with one or more images not drawing smoothly in your videoscribe project, you can save your project as a .scribe file and attach it here for more specific suggestions.
If you have a more specific question about hand movement or the way images are appearing in your videoscribe project, please describe your question in more specific detail.

Please Check It.I render both videos from Videoscribe but I changed its frame-rate and i think that video which have 50 frame-rate is more smoother than 2nd video which have 25 frame-rate.
