Hello, i made two videos with the mobile application (for I phone). I was logged with the same logging as the one I used on my computer. Now, I work on my computer and I don't see the projects made with the mobile application. How can I get it on my computer please?

1) On the phone, save your project to the cloud folder. You will be asked for your user name and password. You should be able to close the project and open it back up if you have saved it to the cloud folder.
2) On the Desktop version, log in to Videoscribe using the same username and password.
3) After logging in, you will see the projects that are saved locally on your computer. Click the cloud folder to view the projects you have saved online.
If you aren't finding the projects you saved online, you may need to describe the steps you are taking an exactly what you are seeing.
