it is the only thing that i said in the subject, i tried it almost 50 times but it just doesnt work. i cannot change through plus and mius buttons and i cannot record my voice with te recoed option.

If you cannot scroll through different recording devices using the plus and minus buttons then it is likely there is only 1 recording device on your computer.
Does your microphone work to record in other applications? What happens while you are recording and what happens after you have finished recording? Does the voiceover icon turn blue after you have recorded it? If you click again on the record icon, does it show that there is a voiceover there?
