Videoscribe 3.0.2 Will Not Launch

Just purchased Videoscribe but won't launch after entering login info. It simply shows a page with the large company triangle logo. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Using relatively new Windows 10 PC, that meets all requirements. 


I used version 1/2 a few years ago, which has long been uninstalled but used the same account to purchase this new version.


Can anyone help?

Sorry for the delayed response.


We have had a few reports of this issue and are looking into it to see if we can figure out what the cause is. In the meantime the only thing I can suggest at the moment is to use the previous version of VideoScribe. You will need to uninstall version 3 and you can download 2.3.7 from the following links.

Uninstalling version 3 will not affect any of your saved work and all scribes are backwards compatible.
