Trouble exporting video to PowerPoint (currently using Free Trial)

When I try to export my video to Powerpoint, after it has finished downloading
and the box pops up to save the file, I tell it where to save and then the box disappears and doesn't seem to have downloaded anywhere. I have tried saving it in different locations and searched throughout my files.
Please can you help?

I have sent a reply to your support ticket this morning.
