Empty VS window

    Hi. I downloaded distrib from videoscribe.com, started my trial. but when i'm installed VS, launched it and signed in— white screen, empty window inside VS appears and nothing happened. Reinstall didn't succeed. MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G29). Help me please

    probably need to install or update adobe air. Just a guess

    I see that you have been able to log in and use the software since posting this. Are you aware of what the issue was and how you got it working?
