VS stops responding when opening files

I have even uninstalled and reinstalled an older version. I still get things locked up when the work file is loading. If you check my cloud files, the one I need to open is PavementSoft 4b or 5.

You may want to Raise a ticket for customer service to be notified directly (during UK business hours).

I have responded to your support ticket regarding this. It seems as though you are using fonts on your scribe that were imported with an older version of VideoScribe and now are causing some problems. Deleting and re-importing the fonts should resolve this.
