I just now upgraded VIDEOSCRIBE and my account was existing previously but now they are telling that you need a PRO account and i have to submit my project tomorrow

Hi Prateek,

The Sparkol account that you were logged into the help site with when you posted this is a free trial account and the free trial expired in August 2017. If you have a subscription, it must have been purchased on a different account. You will need to log into VideoScribe using your Pro account details, not your expired trial account details.
