Refund Request

Greetings to the team. This is my second year of subscription to Videoscribe and I cannot thank you enough for creating this wonderful animation tool. However I would like to know if I can get a refund if I have not used it for a long time. My subscription will last till the end of this year and I would like to keep it. But i have been very unwell for the past few months so I hardly used your tool. Please consider giving me a refund. Thank you
