Cannot log-into the help site?

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our help site which means customers cannot log-in and this will prevent you raising a support ticket or posting on the community forums. 

We are working with the provider of our help desk software to resolve the issue as a high priority. In the meantime, if you find you cannot log a support ticket please email your support question to billings@sparkol.com and we will ensure they are all logged manually. 


Please be aware that support operates Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 UK time so any emails after that time will not be logged until Monday when we are back in the office.


Apologies for any inconvenience caused and I will update this post when normal service is resumed.

Thanks for your patience over the weekend and we will log any tickets sent to us via email and reply ASAP. The log-in service on our help site was restored in the early hours of this morning so everything is back to normal.
