A principios de este año, se compro la licencia del programa, lo usamos trabajamos perfectamente, como se acabo el periodo, pues ahora lo necesito de nuevo para arreglar un video de los que se hizo en su momento.
No tengo la carpeta donde se guardaban los videos (formateraron el mac)
Pero se que ustedes deben tener alojado el video, ya baje el periodo de prueba por 1 semana pero no tengo el video, es posible que ustedes me lo envíen.

Hello,
I'm pretty sure that the Sparkol company does not automatically save any copies of your work anywhere for you.
Projects that you saved in the videoscribe program on your computer are saved only on that computer and can only be accessed by using videoscribe on that computer.
Projects that you saved online, can be accessed, by you, using the same login information on any computer with videoscribe. Projects saved online can also be found on the ACCOUNT page of this website by logging in with the same account information you used to create and save the projects.
Projects that you exported as .scribe files remain wherever you saved them unless you delete them.
