settings are not being saved

  • Settings are not being saved. when I am re starting the video scribe. all settings come back to the old. Attached the screenshot of what I am getting every time after restarting.


    VideoScribe support is seriously lacking a chat support because for this simple solution I will have to wait at least 3 days. 

  • Sparkol is closed on the weekends. What version of VideoScribe are you using? Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of VideoScribe.
