Change name on account

This article will take you through the necessary steps to change the name associated with your Sparkol account.


Step 1. Log into your account.

Go to www.videoscribe.co/en/Login, enter the account details you signed up with and click ‘Login to Continue’ (A).

If you have forgotten your password see forgot password.

Step 2. Go to your profile.

Choose 'Profile’ from the menu (B), under ‘Personal Details’ click edit (C).

Step 3. Type in your new name.

Enter your first name (D) and last name (E) and click Save (F). The name on your Sparkol account as now been changed.

If you need to change the email address on the account, see change email address.

If you are the owner of a team account and need to transfer a licence to a different user and/or add a new user, see Team management.

If you need to change the name of your billing contact see Change your billing address or payment details.
